Three things: you must be 19 or older, have a valid Canadian shipping address, and pay by Interac e-Transfer — the only payment method we accept.

How do you package my shipment?
Discreetly — we know it matters. Everything ships in plain, generic packaging with a tracking number and nothing on the outside (or inside) that identifies or advertises the contents.
When does my order ship out?
Orders paid and confirmed by 5:30pm PST ship the next business day, and shipping is free over $125. We ship within Canada only.
Can I cancel, edit, or add to my order?
Yes — any time before it ships. Email us at support@pacificshrooms.co, we'll confirm the cancellation, and you can place a fresh order.
What payments do you accept?
Interac e-Transfer only. The recipient details appear right after checkout, and your order is confirmed as soon as the transfer lands — most banks send it in minutes.
