I use these it’s been about 7 months. I take 1 every 2 days with my adhd and my anxiety medication. I’ve been able to reduce my adhd medication and will be doing the same with my anxiety medication soon. I hope to eventually supplement my prescriptions completely. They’ve helped me become more focused and alert. I started by having one every 3 days but after 5 months I felt I built a tolerance so have switched to every other day. I ran out of stock for a couple weeks and definitely noticed a difference. Highly recommend this product

I have been using these along with other Nootropic supplements, as a daily cognitive boost. I am following the Paul Stamets protocol for micro dosing (4 days on, then 3 days off). So far, it has worked well for me. I find sometimes, the “micro-dose” ends up being a slight perceptual dose, but not always. This is a quality product and I have enjoyed great results with the Euphoria Psychedelics chocolates as well.
