This tea was one of the very first things I tried- It was a good intro for me as I was nervous at the time about taking shrooms. Very gentle, but still effective- now, with more experience, i usually enjoy this alongside something else as an addition. Ex: some shroomies in a sandwich, washed down with this yummy tea for a combo effect.
