These had nearly no effect on me. It came sort of in waves, very few and far between each other. A vivid image of something would pop into my head as an answer to a question or problem I was having, but only happened two or three times.

Unfortunately, these capsules had no effect on me (even with 2x 200mg, so a total of 400mg). Maybe I received a bad batch or they were just not strong enough for me? I was planning on microdosing with them.
