I've been taking one of these capsules every 3 days and I've noticed a significant improvement in my sleep. It does seem to help with an overall feeling of positivity (most days).

6 grams of DC Mac = an awesome trip with colorful fractals, music felt in the soul and fantastic gentle emotional guidance. Met my own hypocrisy in a totally palatable and easy to acknowledge way, felt lighter/happier/at peace during and immediately after the trip, and still feeling much the same as I'm now a few days out still processing it all post trip, one of the best trips ever hands down.
